Today we are going to go over how to create powerful content and posts on social media, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, all of the platforms. It is a very simple formula, I actually did a Facebook Live on this before.  It is really a powerful way of really digging down deep into your heart, and really allowing yourself to connect with people in a much more effective way. The one thing that I’ve realized is that when you start to do something different, in the sense of how you’re growing your business, and how you are impacting people around you, that’s when you start to see things change in your business. I see the same people doing the same things every single day, they’re posting the same boards of before and afters the same rank advancements the same monetary achievements. What I’ve come to understand is that the only posts and content that people in your network care about, that is not in your opportunity, is your own stuff about you. So I’m going to take you through this simple exercise, and I would love to hear from you guys on social media, about how it worked for you because this is how you create powerful content.

 Number one, if you are in a network marketing opportunity like Isagenix, beach body, Herbalife, Rodan and fields, or any of those types of companies that have some sort of emotional, physical, and visual transformation. This is a great way to actually start creating your own content that will truly impact people in an amazing, amazing way. Here’s what you want to do, you want to make a list of how you felt before. So make a list of 50 before feelings, tired, anxious, depressed, lazy,  overweight or really anything that physically, emotionally, or spiritually describes how you felt, write this list down. The easiest thing to do is to get a piece of paper and draw three columns. The first column at the top of it put “before feelings”, and then you will brain dump and list 50 things. Just describe how you felt before this product.

Number two, make a list of after feelings. So, how did you feel after, such as energized, empowered, positive, motivated, happy or excited. Use of those descriptive words about how you felt after. So you have two columns filled out so far, one column lists all the before feelings, and the second column will list all of the after feelings. 

The third column is where the magic happens. The third column is a list of the mission and vision that you are now on, and have about what you want to do for others. I want to impact others, I want to motivate others, I want to inspire others, I want to drive people to living their best life, I want to free people from physical and financial pain, or I want to teach people how to believe in themselves again.  What is your vision? So now you have three columns! 

Here’s an example of what I would say for my first column, so before me saying yes to my incredible nutritional program products and company,  I was feeling anxious, lazy, and unmotivated. I had no vision. For my second column since saying yes, over the last X amount of months or years, I now have a sense of purpose and drive for myself. I have a renewed vision of what I want to achieve for myself and my family. Now, I wake up each day with a passion to inspire all those around me to believe in themselves, and how they can achieve the same things for themselves and their families. 

So it’s taking the before picture, the before feeling, to the after feeling and  then what you want to do for others. That’s the key to this. You want to make sure that you are painting that picture of obviously what you want to do for other people.
